Industrial Automation Projects:

• VMFN (Variable Mach Flow Nozzle)-L&T Defense, Design of cRIO based control system from National Instruments works on LabVIEW Realtime operating system with its I/O interface controls the entire VMFN system interface with MCC, LCP & 15-inch Touch HMI.
• 1X660 MW PANKI TPS- PLC for Stacker cum Reclaimer and Wagon Tippler, Designed and developed automation solutions for Stacker & reclaimer (SCR) and Wagon tippler (WT) for M580 hot stand-by PLC. Developed automated batch process software for SCR & WT and tested by implementing real time field simulation conditions.
• Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel (AMNS) - Iron Ore Slurry Preparation Plant, Design SCADAPack RTU based control system for Electrical Substation automation for monitoring Numerical Relay over IEC-61850, MFM over Modbus Serial & TCP/IP & interface with sub-systems.
• Building Management System for 16-stations for MPMRCL, Indore Metro, Design M580 series Hot Stand-by based control system for control & monitoring various BMS sub-system including SmartComm SCADA for each station monitoring & connectivity with OCC (Operation Command & Control) center.
• MRPL-Integrated Security Management System, Engineering of Network panel, Junction box & GPON network designing. • Bokaro Steel Plant Jharakhand, India – (Blast Furnace-2), Leading commissioning, engineering, software development of PLC & SCADA system for more than 7000 I/O. Automation system for 4800 TPD capacity Blast Furnace.
• Fajre Sephan, Iran – Pickling Line (Uncoiler & Coiler), Technical lead for installation, supervision of erection of panels, software development and commissioning of VFD & PLC-SCADA system for Semi-continues Pickling line for Steel Coil.
• L&T- Special Steel & Heavy Forging, India – Forging Cranes, Involve in Engineering, Software development and commissioning of Electrical Control System, VFD’s and PLC for 350 Tons Forging Crane. Successfully tested crane tandem operation via RS-485 communication.
• Orrisa Cement Ltd, India- 2 x 27MW Captive Power plant, Involved in supervision of erection, installation of panels, field instrumentation, DCS software development, commissioning of MCC, HT-board and DCS system for main Power plant along with Balance of Plant.
