  • Lead Senior Nurse for recruiting, supporting, training and developing a proactive programme for service user volunteer involvement in Noble's Hospital.
  • Collaboration with board members, and staff of all grades and disciplines to work with the volunteers in numerous projects that monitored patient satisfaction, quality of care and improvements.
  • Alongside volunteers carried out monthly patient safety walks and satisfaction survey.
  • Volunteers contributed to a monthly five day induction training programme for all newly appointed Health Care Assistants.

  • I am a grandmother to three young children, Bobby, Layla and Ivy and try to spend as much time with them as I can. I like to think they see me as “quite a cool grandma”

  • Last year I underwent two major surgeries and I'm now recovering very well and ready to get back to work in a stimulating and rewarding environment and feel part time work will be ideal for me.
