Promoted to Senior/Executive Producer, I am entrusted with full responsibility for driving sales growth across both the East and West Coasts of the United States. My role involves frequent on-site engagement to strengthen relationships with existing clients and accelerate sales by securing new business. I actively participate in technical meetings with client-side Producers and Visual Effects Supervisors to understand project requirements, allowing me to develop strategic costing proposals that enhance our chances of winning the project.

Got hired as a senior compositor to set up the Visual effects compositing team where the predominant business was prep comp services for stereo conversion. Soon I realized that I can play a vital role in migrating the entire system to visual effects services and I actively participated in various activities which includes Customer acquisition, Bidding, Key Accounts management, Assisting Process Pipeline development, Designing a strong production pipeline etc. I took up the role of the Producer and I successfully managed the entire production support team of 15 and drove a team 200+ artist's.
I got an opportunity to train and refine the stereoscopic pipeline and give valuable input to fine-tune both the stereoscopic Paint and the newly formed Compositing team.
On gaining distinctive recognition formerly, I got re-hired in the Hyderabad division as a compositor, that benefited me in immense learning and working in Theme Park Ride Project.
Here, working for Sin city 2, I seized a great opportunity to be a part of a multinational team and we successfully completed the massive In-house Execution. Later which I acquainted to lead a team of 20 compositors and victoriously executed a Bollywood project named Marry Kom.
I got selected in Rhythm and Hues, Mumbai division as a Junior compositor which lead me to become a Compositor contributing in the Oscar winning Life of Pi. I also worked as a compositor in a few more movies like Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters, Winter Tales, Rest In Peace Department (RIPD). Life at R&H taught me detailed compositing techniques. I was also put as a mentor to the Artists in Taiwan and Malaysia helping them migrate from In-house compositing package to Nuke which aided me to create a production ready team using Nuke.
Grasping the chance to explore the Auto stereoscopy technology, I worked as a compositing lead for a few domestic projects that took me to taking part in the successful execution of an advertising campaign promoting the technology in southern part of India. It is so gratifying to having made a significant contribution in the marketing activities as well as actively participating in the technical team.
I became a part of stereo conversion evolution after educating myself in Nuke by the industry leaders from US where we performed various tests and projects like Titanic, Cats & Dogs, etc.
Went down the line with a sci-fi Chinese movie, Future X cops under the supervision of a few veteran VFX supervisors from Hongkong learning the techniques of CG Integration with the live action plates. During this period I was also involved in a few domestic movies and augmented reality tests.
I started my career with Prime focus, Hyderabad division, stepping onto the real world of domestic Visual Effects production with daunting schedules. But as a fresher I enjoyed cultivating the basics of the VFX Compostiting
