Joined W H Smith Richmond branch straight from school as a Sales Assistant and quickly entered the management training scheme. Moved around London to different stores in a variety of junior management or project roles such as the implementation of new EPOS systems to the stores and trainer at the company's own training college in Oxfordshire.
